Main Street Fest-Grapevine

Information

Entrance

Passes have been sent home for each dancer plus 1 parent.  Each envelope has 4 passes.  You will use a separate pass each day.  If you drop your dancer off, please make sure they have their pass!

Parking

It looks like it will be easiest to park at the DFW North TEX Rail Train Station and take the train to the Grapevine Main Street Station located at Hotel Vin.  From the hotel it’s a short walk to the stage.

Alternatively, dancers may be dropped off at “GATE DROP OFF” (see map) and then park at “FREE PARKING” (see map) and take the free shuttle back to Main Street.  Caution: the shuttle will be very crowded and we don’t know how long the delay will be in getting back to the stage area.

Dancers arrive at stage: 5:00 PM

Performance 2-Central Main Stage (Map: Dance Stage)

Saturday, May 21, 1:30-2:15

Dancers arrive at stage: 12:30

Costumes/Dressing

As of now, we have not been apprised of any dressing room situation. Bring Costume and all accessories with you.  We will most likely be throwing on costumes behind the stage so bring your nudie! 

Additional Information

• Please make sure you factor in transportation, crowd and walking time so you are at the stage on time.
• Dancers-please be prepared for photos, autographs and meet and greet after the performance.
• We will have printed material to pass out to the public.  Any help distributing will be greatly appreciated!
