Homeschoolers of DFW, get ready for a field trip unlike any other! North Central Ballet is rolling out the red carpet for #FieldTripFridays with a special performance of The Nutcracker created just for you!

This is a rare chance to experience the magic of Tchaikovsky’s timeless ballet in a relaxed, homeschool-friendly setting—no crowds, no long lines, just sparkling snowflakes, dancing sweets, and a journey to the Land of Enchantment!

The Homeschool Academy at North Central Ballet offers daytime classical ballet training designed specifically for homeschool students. This program provides an exceptional opportunity for dancers to receive focused, professional instruction while earning Physical Education credit in a structured and inspiring environment.

Students attend during regular school hours, studying ballet technique, contemporary movement, conditioning, and performance preparation under our experienced faculty. The curriculum fosters discipline, confidence, and artistry — while offering families the convenience of a consistent weekly schedule that supports their academic routines.

Enrollment for the January semester is now open, with limited placement available for serious students seeking meaningful progress and a professional foundation in dance.

Ticket Pricing and Sales

– Tickets will be made available to Field Trip Fridays clients ONLY at a base price of $6.00* per person (Ballet Only) and $15.00 per person for the Sugarplum Fairy Tea Party.
– In addition, a processing fee, delivery fee, and applicable taxes will be applied per ticket.
– Ballet and tea Party tickets are heavily discounted and are not eligible for any additional promotions, coupons, or other offers.  Tickets are non-refundable/non-changeable
