Swan Princess Participation Form *
Costume Fee ($110.00 per dancer) Due April 1 (add $20 after April 5)
Performance Fee ($110.00 per dancer) Due May 1 (add $20 after May 5)
*Once you have submitted your child’s participation form, fees will be added to your online account and auto-drafted on the due date. (Click the blue link above for form)
TICKETS NOW ON SALE!
- Each family receives 2 complimentary tickets per dancer. Additional tickets $25.00 each* These will be given to you in an envelope inside your child’s costume garment bag*.
- The ticket website is for ADDITIONAL tickets ONLY.
- All seating is general admission (open seating). Please have your entire group together as you enter the theatre.
- Dress rehearsal-dancers stay with parents in audience until called to stage.
- Performance-Parents will sign dancer(s) in at security table in lobby. Dancers will stay with assigned backstage chaperones. (see volunteer link)
- No parents backstage before or during performance, only assigned volunteers. (see volunteer link) The same parent who signs a dancer in must sign the dancer out after the performance

This week will be dedicated to final preparations for Swan Princess.
Regular Classes Monday through Thursday (June 3-6)
Friday, June 7 RUN THROUGH IN STUDIO
5:00-6:30 PM Act 2 (In the studio)
This includes:
Pre Ballet classes, Ballet A, Ballet B, Ballet C, Intermediate 1,Intermediate 2, Trainees, Apprentices, Company
Saturday, June 8, DRESS REHEARSAL
Palace Theatre, Grapevine Arrive at 1:00 PM
Act 2 2:00 PM
BREAK
Act 1 4:00 PM
BREAK
Arrive again at 6:00 PM PERFORMANCE 7:00 PM
Sunday, June 9, PERFORMANCE
Arrive 1:00 PM Performance 2:00 PM
Costumes will be sent home Monday, June 3 along with your tickets to the performance and your child’s fall recommendation letter. June tuition is due in full. All accounts must be up to date in order to receive the above listed items.
