North Central Ballet invites educational dance programs across North Texas to join our Nutcracker Educational Fundraiser Program — a unique opportunity to experience a professional production and earn funds for your school or studio at the same time.

Participating programs receive 20% back on every ticket sold through a custom link for The Nutcracker on Friday, December 19, 2025, at the IM Terrell Performing Arts Center in Fort Worth.

No fees, no products to sell, no paperwork — just a meaningful and magical way to celebrate the arts together this holiday season.

How It Works

First, register your organization using the short form below.
Next, we’ll create a custom ticket link and webpage just for your group.
After that, share your link with families and friends.
They can choose either the 2:00 PM or 7:00 PM performance.
As a result, your co-op earns 20% of the $35 base ticket price for every sale through your link.
Finally, we send payouts within 10 business days after the performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to participate?
There is absolutely no cost to participate. Each educational organization simply registers using the sign-up form and receives a custom ticket link. North Central Ballet manages all tracking and payouts — no fees, no product sales, and no hidden costs.

How does our dance program earn money?
Your dance program earns 20% of the $35 base ticket price for every ticket sold through your custom link. Taxes and ticketing fees are handled by the venue and are not included in the commission.

When do we receive our payout?
North Central Ballet processes payouts within 10 business days after the performances on December 19, 2025. Checks are mailed or digital transfers issued to your designated payee.

Can families outside our group use our link?
Yes! Anyone who purchases through your group’s page or custom ticket link will automatically credit your group with 20% of their ticket purchase. The more your families share your link, the more your group earns!

Which performances are included in the fundraiser?
Both Friday, December 19 performances — 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM — at the IM Terrell Performing Arts Center in Fort Worth qualify for the program.

Who can participate?
Any approved educational dance organization, learning pod, or educational organization in North Texas is welcome to join. Whether your group has five members or fifty, every ticket sale makes a difference.

Terms & Participation Policy

Participation in North Central Ballet’s Educational Dance Program Fundraiser Program constitutes agreement to the following terms:

• North Central Ballet will provide each registered organizations with a unique ticket link and webpage for tracking sales.
• Participating groups will receive 20% of the $35 base ticket price for every ticket sold through their assigned link. Venue taxes and ticketing fees are not included in the commission calculation.
• Payouts will be issued to the co-op’s designated payee within 10 business days following the performances on December 19, 2025.
• Participating groups may promote their fundraiser using only the approved North Central Ballet graphics and materials provided. Altering official artwork or creating independent marketing materials using North Central Ballet’s name, logo, or imagery without written permission is prohibited.
• Links and tracking are exclusive to each registered co-op. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or public posting of other groups’ links may result in forfeiture of commission.
• North Central Ballet reserves the right to verify sales, adjust payout totals if discrepancies occur, and remove participants for misuse of program materials.

This fundraiser is designed to build community through the arts, celebrate education, and ensure transparency for all participants.
